  I do have to say that the amount of employees staffed over the holidays was absolutely ridiculous. Many times I went to shop for Christmas and New Years and there were only two employees working with crowds of crazy shoppers. Of course I just left every time. You might be stingy enough to to not hire enough staff, but I'm not crazy enough to shop in those conditions. I'm not the only one who just left either, I witnessed several other people just walk in and walk out too. Seems to me you shot yourself in the foot, losing all of those customers. Great job!!!
