  Glass broke out of my primary wood burner on December 29, dropped the whole door off to them and was told "we will send for the new glass right away, it might be here by Tuesday (1/2),but because of the holiday more likely Wednesday " it is now Friday 1/5, I have attempted to call several times only to find out you can't get trough on the phone. I have stopped down twice to be met with a locked door even though according to thier sign they should be open. It is the coldest days of the winter so far and I have rooms in my house down to 45°. If they weren't going to be open they should have had the courtesy to tell me so that I could look elsewhere for service. Very disappointing, not a good impression.
